Terrific service in both treatment of their customers and their efficiency. This was my first time ordering from Vitamina and my experience with them will definitely make me come back. I've tried another similar um 'store'(?) and the price is the same except they don't offer Doujin shops to order from like Vitamina which makes me, a non-Japanese speaker, very hard to find the things I wanted.
