For international shipping,  All items are shipped by JAPAN-POST.

We recomend to use EMS(Express Mail service) for shipping.


Here is a Tip for you which is better to choose.

If your priority is speed and safety: use EMS
if your priority is cost and understand the risks(even very low) of lost:use SAL

As you can see, we tell you exactly same price of Japan-post.
There is no hidden packing fee!



♦EMS(Express) Shipping

Fast: package arrive in less than week.

Insured up to 20000 yen(up to 2000000 yen, we will pay for rest of it for free of charge)

After your package has been shipped, you can track it online.
First on the Japan Post website.
Then check on your local country postal service website.




♦SAL(Standard) Shipping

If you cannot bear with a lost or damaged package. Please choose EMS shipping method.

SAL is useful for inexpensive orders.
Its a non-priority shipment basicly, so package usually take 10 to 20 days to get there.
But sometimes, rare package reach after more than 3 month.
Package are also not insured or registerd, so in the rare case (less than 1 per 1000) event of lost package,VITAMINA and Japan Post cannot be held any responsible.

• NOTE

For package, SAL may not be more than 2 kg, so if your order is more than weight amount, we will split it into smaller orders om our end.
But if your order is only contained with printed matter like book, comic, magazine.
We have special price of SAL only for them that no need to worry about 2 kg limit (up to 30 kg)
For printed matter, like magazine and book, we have to ship separetely if your order is mix with book and package for saving your money.

Insurance

Package sent by EMS
Sending by EMS is insured up to 20000 yen value with no charge.
We have been sending several thousand packages to overseas by now.
Damages have not been zero but it is still about 0.3% in the every EMS shippings we sent.

We will pay insurance charge to cover 100 % of the item value even it is more than 20000 yen as we think we must take responsibility for international shipping.



Exceptions :
1) Insurance is covered for the value up to the amount on the EMS shipping slip.
If you want the package to be sent at the lower value for some reasons, the insurance will only
be covered up to the amount.

2) We only can pay insurance charge when we use EMS.
Other shipping methods, please see the section below.



When you find a damage
If you find a damage when you receive the package from us, please contact us first.
We will advise you how the insurance claim going.
Don't give up claiming the damage !
We know how to claim insurance and we are always on your side !



Important Note :
Please DO NOT send the package back to us unless we advise you.
Shipping charge from you is NOT covered by the insurance which means that nobody can pay
the shipping charge from you.


Package sent by other than EMS
Unfortunately, other shipping methods by post office don't offer insurance.
We strongly recommend you use EMS for high value items.





♦What do I do if I found some damages on the item shipped from you ?

There are 2 types of damage.
1 ) The damage during the International shipping.
2 ) Bad product from the beginning.

If you think the damage is during international shipping, we are going to claim post office
in Japan for reimbursement. (EMS shipment only)
Please check this page.
If the damage is from the beginning, we will contact the original seller to see what they can do for us.

Many companies have Return Policy for replacing items. We handle the problems case by case.
Please just don't give up claim about the damage. We are willing to help anytime.
Either way, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider what we can do for you.

Customs

Importation from Japan may be subject to customs duties when the parcel will get their destination ountry. Those fee must be borne by recipient.
We have no control over those charges and cannot predict what they may be.
