• Quotation for Your Inquiry

We will make a quotation for total amount you will have to pay.
The international shipping charge is NOT included yet.
We will charge you actual shipping fee when your package is ready to ship.
You can decide whether you want the item at the price we quoted or not.

• Paying Your Total Amount  for Shopping Expense and Comission 

If you agree to pay the total amount we quote, please pay by any of the methods on the Payment
Term (Paypal or Credit card).   The amount you will pay is in Japanese yen.


We start buying your item(s) after we confirm your FULL AMOUNT.
We cannot take any responsibility if the item(s) is sold out when we receive your payment.


Notice for domestic shipping

We will do our best for quick shipping, but it usually take 7 to 10days to get the products since we order to the shop.  Please understand it. 

• Shipping

When we prepare all items you ordered, We measure their weight and will let you know actual shipping charge when your package is ready to ship.
and we will ship out your package as soon as we get your payment for shipping.
It is mean we will charge you twice, one for buying items, the another for international shipping.

Sometimes, the items you wanted could sell out before we order the stores.
If this happens, we will refund 100% of your payment without taking any fees.




You can combine items  for international shipping as long as you like, however you had ever paid for each item.











Why don't most of Japanese shops want to sell items internationally ?

Most of Japanese shops is very negative to deal with customers oversea.
Because they worry about communication in English, international payment.
But the biggest concern they have we think is shipping and claims from overseas customers after the sale.

6) International shipping charge(EMS or SAL)

7)Paypal fee (5% : Contains receiving fee and the cross border fee is additionally charged. It is a fee we have to pay PayPal to receive your money)
We will charge it add to both shopping Expense and International shipping charge.

We are NOT sending items with reduced value or sending as a gift.
