Package sent by EMS
Sending by EMS is insured up to 20000 yen value with no charge.
We have been sending several thousand packages to overseas by now.
Damages have not been zero but it is still about 0.3% in the every EMS shippings we sent.
We will pay insurance charge to cover 100 % of the item value even it is more than 20000 yen as we think we must take responsibility for international shipping.
1) Insurance is covered for the value up to the amount on the EMS shipping slip.
If you want the package to be sent at the lower value for some reasons, the insurance will only
be covered up to the amount.
2) We only can pay insurance charge when we use EMS.

When you find a damage
If you find a damage when you receive the package from us, please contact us first.
We will advise you how the insurance claim going.
Don't give up claiming the damage !
We know how to claim insurance and we are always on your side !

Shipping charge from you is NOT covered by the insurance which means that nobody can pay
the shipping charge from you.
Package sent by other than EMS
Unfortunately, other shipping methods by post office don't offer insurance.
We strongly recommend you use EMS for high value items.
♦What do I do if I found some damages on the item shipped from you ?
There are 2 types of damage.
1 ) The damage during the International shipping.
2 ) Bad product from the beginning.
If you think the damage is during international shipping, we are going to claim post office
in Japan for reimbursement. (EMS shipment only)

If the damage is from the beginning, we will contact the original seller to see what they can do for us.
Many companies have Return Policy for replacing items. We handle the problems case by case.
Please just don't give up claim about the damage. We are willing to help anytime.
